Increasingly referred to as a Communication Needs Assessment, a CNA or F & CNA (Functional & Communication Needs Assessment). It is an in-depth assessment for whether or not a hearing aid or hearing aids is indicated, including concerns specific to an individual’s needs. It helps identify an individual's unique requirements and preferences related to hearing loss and helps facilitate the selection of the most suitable hearing aid solution.

The F&CNA encompasses additional questionnaires, speech in noise testing, fall risk assessment, dexterity and cognitive assessment which all help develop a tailored care plan for each individual.

Our hearing aid consultation process is designed to cater to your unique needs, from assessing your hearing loss to discussing technology options and communication challenges. We provide a thorough and personalized consultation to enhance your hearing and communication experience.

Our goal is to find the least expensive option for you that meets your specific needs. We aim to educate you, give you quality time and compassion for the best possible outcome.
